The Dr.Ozone® D5 industrial ozone generator is an original product from the Dr.Ozone® brand, registered under intellectual property certificate No. 52550/QĐ-SHTT and manufactured according to ISO 9001:2008 and TCVN 7171:2002 quality standards.
With significant technological and functional improvements, the Dr.Ozone D5 delivers outstanding performance in exhaust gas treatment, water purification, and air disinfection while helping reduce operational costs and labor requirements.

One of the key upgrades of the D5 model is the integrated air intake filtration system. This filter effectively removes impurities and ensures a clean oxygen supply, resulting in higher-quality ozone output.

The Dr.Ozone D5 is also equipped with an advanced control board featuring Auto-Cooling technology for temperature monitoring. If the control board becomes overheated—a condition that may damage electronic components—the system automatically shuts down to protect both the equipment and the operator.

With an intelligent front-panel control knob, users can easily adjust the ozone concentration and output from 0 g/h to a maximum of 5 g/h according to operational needs.

Ozone applications in room sterilization

Ozone is recognized as a powerful oxidizing and disinfecting agent.
Beyond water treatment (wastewater, industrial water, drinking water, swimming pools, aquaculture farms, etc.), ozone plays an essential role in air sterilization and environmental hygiene.

During the global COVID-19 pandemic, Japanese scientists conducted studies demonstrating that ozone can inactivate the coronavirus.

In practice, ozone functions as both:

• a bactericidal agent — killing microorganisms outright
• a bacteriostatic agent — inhibiting the growth and reproduction of bacteria

Because ozone is a gas, it can be applied to disinfect almost any enclosed space, including cold rooms, waste storage rooms, laboratories, hospital rooms, and household environments.
It is generated on-site using atmospheric oxygen, quickly disperses throughout the space, attacks microorganisms, and naturally decomposes back into oxygen within 20–30 minutes without leaving harmful residues.

In addition to sterilization, ozone also oxidizes airborne pollutants, converting them into safer and more environmentally friendly compounds.

Thanks to its effectiveness and eco-friendly nature, ozone technology is increasingly adopted worldwide and in Vietnam—for both industrial and residential applications.

However, it is important to note that ozone is a strong oxidizing gas. In high concentrations, it can irritate the respiratory system of humans and animals.
Therefore, ozone should only be used when there are no people or animals present in the space being treated.
