Return Goods Description and Conditions

Returned products must be new, intact, not used yet and undamaged. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

The policy applies to:

• Products purchased at the official website of https://dr-ozone.com or other websites under the management of HSVN Global.
• Products that were delivered wrong in quantity, information and model of the order.
• Products with technical defects, errors in size, color, different from the quality standards announced on the website

Refunds are not applicable for goods, products that are part of a promotion or discount program

Return and Exchange Form

Exchange: Customers exchange for another product that must have the same or higher value than the product they want to exchange (previously purchased product).

Return: When the product meets the exchange-return conditions, we will receive the product back and refund 100% of the original cost the customer spent to buy that product.

Send the product to the address: No.30, Truong An Industrial Cluster, An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc Dist, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam. Inside the customer note to provide full information including:

• Product name purchased
• Buyer’s phone number
• The new product name that you want to change
