Introduction to the Dr.Ozone D-10Pro industrial ozone generator

The Dr.Ozone D-10Pro industrial ozone generator delivers an ozone output of 10 g/h and is widely used in water and air treatment applications. Compared with the previous D-10S version, the D-10Pro features several technological upgrades that provide superior efficiency, durability, and operational stability.

Key improvements of the Dr.Ozone D-10Pro

Water-cooling H2O-Green technology
The D-10Pro integrates an advanced H2O-Green water-cooling system that rapidly cools the ozone discharge chamber, minimizes ozone degradation during operation, and significantly increases the lifespan of components and the entire system.

Auto-Cooling protection system
The machine is equipped with Auto-Cooling technology that monitors temperature and automatically shuts down the system when it overheats. The aluminum heat-sink structure enhances heat dissipation, ensuring safe and stable operation.

Dedicated port for pure oxygen input
A built-in port allows users to supply high-purity oxygen (from an external oxygen source), improving ozone purity, increasing ozone concentration (PPM), and boosting total ozone output (g/h).

Adjustable ozone capacity
Using the front control dial, users can freely adjust the ozone output from 0 g/h to the maximum rated capacity, making the D-10Pro suitable for various treatment requirements.

Enhanced safety and durability
In addition to new technological upgrades, the D-10Pro retains the premium advantages typical of Dr.Ozone equipment:
• stainless-steel housing resistant to ozone corrosion
• environmentally friendly materials
• high-quality components ensuring long-term reliability

Ozone technology applications in the medical field

Ozone therapy involves introducing ozone gas into the body to support the treatment of various medical conditions. Ozone (O₃) is a colorless gas composed of three oxygen atoms.

In 2019, the U.S. FDA stated that ozone is a toxic gas with no proven medical applications.
However, numerous studies in recent years have explored its therapeutic potential in clinical settings as well as its effectiveness in sterilizing surfaces, tools, and environments.

According to 2018 research, when ozone interacts with body fluids, the reactions can stimulate the production of red blood cells and proteins, thereby increasing the oxygen supply within the body.
Ozone therapy may also disrupt harmful biological processes, inactivate bacteria, viruses, fungi, yeast, and protozoa.

Although more clinical evidence is needed, studies have shown several potential benefits:

Improving respiratory function
By increasing oxygen levels in the blood, ozone therapy may reduce stress on the lungs. In some countries, intravenous ozone treatment or ozone-infused blood therapy is used to support COPD patients. Research suggests improved health outcomes among former smokers with COPD.

Supporting diabetes wound treatment
A 2019 study indicated that ozone therapy helped diabetic foot ulcers heal more effectively while reducing the risk of infection.

Reducing oxidative stress
Oxidative stress is a major cause of many chronic complications.
Studies from 2018 show that ozone therapy may help reduce oxidative stress by activating the body’s immune response, enhancing antioxidant activity, and lowering inflammation.

Potential benefits in HIV management
A 2018 study found that ozone-infused blood injections significantly reduced the viral load of HIV-positive patients over a two-year period, potentially improving long-term health.

Ozone in dentistry
Ozone is used for:
• disinfecting root canals
• tooth whitening
• sterilizing dental tools and surfaces

Methods of ozone-based medical treatment

There are three primary forms of ozone therapy:

1. Direct application to tissues
Ozone is applied directly to the affected area using a protective covering to confine the gas.

2. Intravenous infusion
For internal disorders such as HIV, ozone is dissolved in a sample of the patient’s blood. The ozone-infused blood is then reintroduced into the body.

3. Intramuscular injection
In this method, ozone is mixed with oxygen and injected into muscle tissue.
