Warranty Policy

Each product will have different policies and warranty periods.

  • When the device encounters any problem, customers can directly contact our technician team for warranty and repair. In addition, customers who buy Dr.Ozone and Dr.Air branded products are also entitled to a repair policy at a special price even after the device’s warranty period has expired.
  • All Dr.Ozone industrial ozone machines have 12 months limited warranty. Ozone generator units are warrantied for 18 months.
We stand behind everything we make. If your Dr.Ozone machine fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will send you replacement parts or repair it at no cost. If we determine that a repair isn’t possible, we’ll replace your product with the same or nearest model at our option.

To file a guaranty claim please contact us with your original order information. We highly recommend you insure and track your shipment to us. We are not responsible for products lost during shipping. You are responsible for all costs of shipping to us (Vietnam only).


Repair after the warranty period

You will receive genuine spare parts at a special discount price and repair service. After the warranty expires, within 2 years, our company will support customers with 50% of the repair cost. From the 3rd year onwards, customers bear 100% of the repair cost.
