Before becoming a manufacturer and supplier of exhaust gas treatment machines for Sun Group, the board of directors and employees of Dr.Ozone® received a request from SUNGROUP to visit and survey the projects that we have worked on before to test the effectiveness, safety and durability of our kitchen odor treatment system.

Our series of projects for large units and restaurants are named, including the restaurant kitchen smoke treatment project for GOGI House- Korean barbecue, Singapore rice cooker or 789 Department of Defense building. At these units, Dr.Ozone has designed and built a full package of smoke and odor treatment systems, currently, the systems are still operating stably and with high efficiency. After direct observation, Sun Group’s staff trusted to choose Dr.Ozone for their system.

The two sides discussed and planned to deal with kitchen smoke in a more complete and detailed manner.

Dr.Ozone® provides solutions and designs the kitchen exhaust odor treatment system at Capella Hanoi – No. 11 Le Phung Hieu

The design solution for the kitchen smoke odor treatment system includes a smoke removal treatment machine and an odor treatment machine.
Specifically, Dr.Ozone® will survey the actual site to offer a suitable solution according to the appraised design drawings, technical standards and drawing quality requirements that have been viewed and approved by the investor. Our design documents have full design drawings, schematic diagrams and technical explanations before being put into operation.

The kitchen odor treatment system is calculated and operated to ensure the noise level <50db, 1m away from the meter position at every point. The system after designing and installing the machine ensures that the smoke odor treatment efficiency must reach at least 95% of the odor compared to that of the uninstalled equipment. The output exhaust gas after simultaneous treatment by electrostatic filter equipment combined with ozone machine meets the table of industrial emission standards: QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT.

Currently, we are continuing to implement other treatment systems in basement B2 and the roof at Le Phung Hieu.
