Basic Process for Generating High-Purity, High-Output Ozone

The industrial ozone generator Dr.Ozone D500S produces high-purity ozone at high concentration and high output through a four-stage processing system.
The oxygen generation system includes:

• The ozone generator equipped with discharge tubes operating at 220V/50Hz, a corrosion-resistant high-voltage board, stainless steel 304 enclosure, voltmeter, and ammeter.

• A 10 HP – 7.5 kW screw air compressor.

• A 2 m³ compressed-air storage tank for condensation and temperature control.

• A 1.6 m³/min compressed-air dryer with precision filtration, fully automatic solenoid valves, and integrated drying technology.

• Dual oxygen generation columns (A and B) providing 100 L/min of high-purity oxygen.

The machine allows ozone concentration adjustment from 10% to 100% via the control knob. The ozone discharge chamber is cooled through air cooling, physical heat sinks, and H20-Green water-cooling technology.
Additionally, the system features an automatic relay cut-off, power control switches, and multiple operation modes.

The ozone chamber is constructed from high-durability insulating materials with a lifespan exceeding 100,000 operational hours.
Stainless steel 304 and 444L are used as the ozone electrodes. Smooth UPVC is used as the insulator chassis for superior dielectric strength and dust-repellent performance.

The machine is fully tropicalized from the design stage.
All electronic components are solid-state (dry-type) of premium quality.
The CPU control system uses dedicated digital ICs.
