Industrial Ozone Generator Dr.Ozone D150S
The Dr.Ozone D150S industrial ozone generator produces an actual ozone output of ≥100 g/h and allows adjustable output from 10% to 100%. Its electronic components and copper-based circuit boards help reduce operating temperature, increase efficiency, and improve anti-interference performance in industrial environments.
The D150S applies plasma discharge technology for ozone production, offering high efficiency with low energy consumption while generating ozone at high concentrations ranging from 80 to 90 g/m³. The plasma discharge chamber has a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. With performance up to 30% higher than previous versions and other ozone generators on the market, the D150S uses fully synchronized components, an integrated CPU with dedicated ICs, and expanded memory capacity.
The ozone tube is water-cooled and surrounded by an aluminum heat dissipation layer to extend its lifespan and maintain stable ozone output.
A continuous oxygen flow of approximately 20 liters per minute with a purity above 90% is supplied to the discharge chamber. Zeolite technology is applied to remove impurities such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and other compounds, ensuring clean oxygen input. The industrial-grade Zeolite column has a lifespan of up to 10,000 hours, comparable to medical-grade oxygen concentrators from brands such as Yuwell (China) and Omron (Japan).
The oxygen generation system integrated into Dr.Ozone machines by HSVN Global is regarded as superior in quality compared to most ozone generators available on the market.
Ozone Applications in Wastewater Treatment for Paper Production
Due to its strong oxidative properties, ozone can chemically react with most natural substances. For example, ozone can interact with formaldehyde in the air, supporting the decomposition and removal of airborne pollutants. Ozone is also widely applied in removing kitchen odors and treating exhaust gases from industrial processes.
In water treatment, ozone is widely used for disinfection, eliminating bacteria, viruses, and pathogens in water. It also reacts with organic pollutants to reduce COD levels effectively.
Features of the Dr.Ozone D150S Industrial Ozone Generator

Safe and efficient operation with low cooling-water warning
The cooling-water shortage alarm in Dr.Ozone DS systems uses sensors to monitor water level and flow rate. When insufficient cooling water is detected, the system activates warning signals (light and sound) and typically shuts down automatically. This protects the machine from overheating, ensures reliable operation, and extends equipment lifespan.

High-performance quartz discharge tube with superior durability
The discharge tube in the D150S is a technological highlight, combining advanced micro-gap water-cooling technology with a high-quality quartz tube structure. This ensures stable ozone generation, improved energy efficiency, and excellent resistance to ozone corrosion, maintaining consistent ozone output over time. This combination significantly enhances the durability and performance of the Dr.Ozone D150S.

Premium French Zeolite molecular sieve oxygen generator
The integrated oxygen generator in the D150S provides clean and stable oxygen for efficient ozone production.
High-grade Zeolite molecular sieves from France, combined with PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology, deliver oxygen with purity above 90%, optimizing ozone generation performance.
The oil-free air compressor ensures clean airflow without contamination, protecting the system and environment. The oil-free oxygen supply maintains purity, prevents contamination of the ozone system, minimizes undesirable by-products, and ensures high ozone quality while protecting operator health and safety.
Applications of Dr.Ozone in Aquaculture
Ozone is an ideal technology for sterilization and the removal of bacteria, viruses, and dissolved organic matter in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS).
Its advantages include reduced water usage, improved growth rates, and decreased disease transmission in water environments.
Ozone effectively removes pesticides, colorants, nitrates, and enriches dissolved oxygen in water.
Studies show that ozone can reduce aquatic mortality rates by up to 10% in RAS systems. The primary reason is that ozone suppresses and eliminates bacteria, reducing harmful protozoa and resulting in higher survival rates.
