The machine uses 3-phase 380V electricity, supplying power to 72 wave generators evenly arranged at the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning tank. The entire machine is covered with gray-white color of anti-rust 304 stainless steel.

In terms of design, VS-720ST is only larger in size than VS-360ST Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner , including a control panel with CKC to adjust the time (Hour, Minute, Second) and a time control potentiometer. The machine comes with 2 separate ultrasonic wave frequency generators & regulators, a sturdy 304 stainless steel washing rack.

Instructions for use

To use the VS-720ST ultrasonic cleaning tank, customers perform the following steps:

Step 1 : Add water to the tank. The minimum water capacity required is 2/3 of the tank capacity and the object must be submerged in water.

Step 2 : Add the appropriate amount of dishwashing liquid/cleaning solution to the sink

Step 3:  Turn on the power switch and set the temperature, warm water helps increase cleaning efficiency

Step 4 : Place the items to be cleaned in the tank and set the washing time. The time may vary depending on the nature of the stain and the amount of items to be cleaned. However, each wash should not exceed 30 minutes.

Step 5 : After the machine stops running, wait until the water temperature drops, take out the utensils and rinse them thoroughly with tap water.
