Customers can request to upgrade an additional circulating filter tank to reuse the washing water, limiting the need to change the water. A circulating filter tank is only necessary when washing a lot continuously or objects have too much dirt on the surface.

The upgraded version of RAMA GM264L industrial ultrasonic cleaning tank will have 2 tanks, 1 tank used for ultrasonic cleaning and 1 tank for wastewater treatment. With a circular working process, the device helps users save a large amount of costs and water resources.

The type of cleaning solution, cleaning cycle length, correct tank size, correct operating frequency and suitable temperature are all factors in obtaining the best cleaning results from an ultrasonic bath. To keep your ultrasonic cleaning system operating at optimum performance, keep the following in mind:

• Keep the temperature at optimum levels – read the chemical instructions for the proper operating temperature. Too much heat impairs the etching process.
• Letting the machine run for no more than 30 minutes at a time will help extend its life.
• Choose the right ultrasonic cleaning solution for the type of object to be cleaned.
• Make sure the system is degassed after filling with new ultrasonic cleaning solution.
