In the Rama brand industrial ultrasonic cleaning tank line , the GM108L product has a medium capacity (108L), suitable for washing machine components, guns, motorcycle parts, and in many industries. The machine uses an external frequency generator, allowing frequency adjustment from 24KHz to 40KHz, equivalent to a maximum capacity of 1500W.

Rama accepts orders for custom production. Customers can choose an upgraded version of the GM108 tank with 1 main washing tank and 1 small tank that filters the washing water and supplies circulating water to the washing tank, helping to limit water changes and save water.

Upgraded version with additional GM108L PRO circulating filter tank

Customers can request to upgrade an additional circulating filter tank to reuse the washing water, limiting the need to change the water. A circulating filter tank is only necessary when washing a lot continuously or objects have too much dirt on the surface.

The upgraded version of RAMA GM108L industrial ultrasonic cleaning tank will have 2 tanks, 1 tank used for ultrasonic cleaning and 1 tank for wastewater treatment. With a circular working process, the device helps users save a large amount of costs and water resources.

Notes when choosing ultrasonic frequency

The appearance of ultrasonic frequency adjustment devices helps users easily choose the appropriate frequency for the items to be washed. However, different frequencies are suitable for different materials and sizes of items.
