HS10000 exhaust gas treatment machine uses WESP wet electrostatic filter technology platform invented by Frederick Cottrell (an American chemist & inventor) since 1910, widely applied in the treatment of exhaust gas in the metallurgical industry, boiler exhaust gas, furnace, to collect fine dust, dust, smoke, oil, arsenic, cadmium or lead, condensed acid aerosols such as sulfuric acid mist or condensed organic compounds. The basic principle of the system is to use electrostatic force to treat dust, the operating cost is smaller when compared with the air filtration method using venturi, fabric bag, activated carbon adsorption tower, etc., overcoming the disadvantages of conventional dry electrostatic filters.

Outstanding advantages of HS exhaust gas treatment system

HS exhaust treatment machine is commonly used in the treatment of plastic recycling exhaust gas, waste incinerators, thermal power plants, furnaces, etc. and most other industrial exhaust gas treatment models. Particles in factory and workshop exhaust gas passing through the system are ionized by a high voltage electromagnetic environment up to 40000V and are retained on the tube wall inside the filter due to electrostatic force.
