The Dr.Ozone DR100 Food Washer is an exclusive product from Dr.Ozone, specially designed to meet the food-cleaning needs of Vietnamese consumers. As contaminated food continues to appear widely on the market—and even disguised as “clean food” entering major supermarkets—equipping each household with a smart food-cleaning machine has become essential.
The DR100 food-washing basin has a 6-liter capacity, suitable for washing vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, and shellfish. The machine uses water turbulence combined with ozone technology to remove dirt adhered to the surface of food.

Working Principle of the DR100 Food-Washing Basin
Ozone and 360-degree water vortex are the two core technologies applied in the Dr.Ozone DR100 food washer.
-
The 360-degree vortex flow helps remove dirt such as soil, sand, and mold spores, dislodging them so they can be flushed away with the water.
-
Ozone technology generates O₃ molecules—highly reactive oxidizing gas capable of reacting with more than 300 chemical compounds and effectively inactivating bacteria and viruses.
This combination allows the DR100 to clean food up to 80% more effectively.
How to Use the Dr.Ozone DR100 Vegetable & Food Washer
Follow these steps to operate the DR100:
Step 1:
Place the food into the inner basket, then insert it into the washing basin.
Note: The DR100 has a 6L total capacity, but the basket capacity is 4L. Avoid overloading, as too much food will reduce cleaning efficiency. Close the lid.
Step 2:
Fill the basin with water. The water level must cover the food but remain within the allowed limits of the washing basin.
Step 3:
Connect the machine to a power source and turn on the power switch. When the machine starts, the LCD indicator lights up, confirming that the device is ready for operation.
Step 4:
Select the desired operating mode. Apart from preset modes, users can manually increase or decrease the washing time via the “Time Setting” button.
Step 5:
When the cleaning cycle is complete, open the lid and remove the food. Detach the drainage tube to release the dirty water from the basin.
Important: During operation, ensure the drainage tube is installed correctly, with the tube head facing upward to prevent water leakage.
Step 6:
Rinse the food with clean water before cooking.
