Electrostatic dust filtration principle of Dr.Air KT machine

The main function of the Tungsten filament in the electrostatic filter of the Dr.Air device is to create a strong electric field to ionize dust particles and pollutants in the air. Here is how the Tungsten filament works and what it does in this system:

Procedure for using Dr.Air KT 18000 electrostatic filter

The main components of KT18000 electrostatic air purifier include power supply, pre-filter, electrostatic filter. The power supply is one of the main functions of the electrostatic device, it works with low and high voltage to treat smoke.

When the exhaust fan is sucked into the filter system, larger grease particles are retained on the coarse filter membrane, only small particles pass through and go to the electrostatic filter plate inside. Here, the dust particles pass through the electrostatic environment and quickly become charged, thereby becoming unbalanced. According to the principle of electric field, they are quickly attracted to the opposite electrode and held tightly on the electrode surface.

Over time, when dirt accumulates on the filter wall, the filter requires cleaning to ensure effective use. Filter cleaning can be done with high pressure water jet or ultrasonic cleaning tank. Regardless of the method used, they need to be soaked in water/cleaning solution to increase cleaning efficiency.
