Installation & Operation Guide

Follow these steps to set up and operate your Dr.Air KL-101:

1. Assembly: Install the extraction hose securely onto the main unit.

2. Placement: Place the machine on a flat, stable surface. Lock the wheel brakes to prevent vibration or movement during operation.

3. Positioning: Adjust the flexible arm so the nozzle is positioned directly over the smoke generation point.

4. Power On:

   • Plug the power cord into the 3-in-1 socket on the back and connect to a power outlet (AC 110-220V, 50-60Hz).

   • Press the red power switch. If the red light turns on, the power supply is normal.

5. Adjusting Speed:

   • Turn the control knob clockwise. The green indicator light will turn on as the machine starts.

   • Continue turning clockwise to increase suction speed.

   • Note: Adjust the suction power according to the amount of smoke. Higher suction increases noise and power consumption but improves filtration efficiency.

DO NOT block the air inlet or air outlet with any objects while the machine is running. Blocking the airflow will cause the internal temperature to rise, potentially burning out the motor and the control board.
