OFF timer knob (rest time): positions 1–6 = 10–60 minutes
ON timer knob (run time): positions 1–6 = 10–60 minutes

Example: run 20 minutes – rest 10 minutes
→ ON at 2, OFF at 1

Step 1: Adjust ON/OFF knobs to desired cycle
Step 2: Turn the switch to cyclic mode
